At our last Fluid Minerals Division workshop we utilized the services of Carol Schumacher as our facilitator.  We had a lot of issues and program areas to cover in a short 2 and ½ days.  Carol’s assistance with development of the agenda prior to the workshop was very useful in the flow of the discussions, the issues addressed and the products and tasks that resulted.  Carol also worked after hours and behind the scenes to ensure we stayed on time and remained focused on the issues.  She kept daily notes and provided a comprehensive summary each morning following the last days’ discussions. 

She also brought some meaningful team building exercises to the workshop which helped provide for a light and amicable meeting environment.

I would recommend Carol in a facilitator role for your organizations’ future workshops or team-building type meetings.

 

Carol Schumacher was instrumental in helping identify, design and administer many of the human performance improvement initiatives at First American over the past 3 years. She designed and administered our benchmarking Employee Opinion Survey and continues to provide this service on an on-going basis.

Carol was responsible for the complete roll-out of our Leadership Training program for our entire management staff including a 360 degree feedback system and the use of Senior Management as Instructors. She also set up and administered our Eagle University Training Program, which uses an Adjunct Faculty and approximately 150 Peer Trainers.

Carol has been and will continue to be a valuable asset to my efforts as the Human Resources Director, Southwest Region for First American Title. For several years, she ran our Training Department on an outsourced basis allowing me to improve our bottom-line while still providing development resources to our employees. I rely on her expertise, her reliability and her dedication to serving our performance needs

I am extremely pleased with the facilitation services provided by Carol Schumacher.  Not only did Carol flawlessly facilitate a five-state, two-week public listening session tour with humor and humility to a deeply concerned audience, Carol also helped plan the tour to ensure the tour would run efficiently and address public concerns.  Carol volunteered to work nights and weekends under a short deadline to consolidate public comments between listening sessions and facilitated the efforts of comment analysis team in preparation for writing a report to Congress. Carol enthusiastically stepped in to fill more than the traditional facilitator role, thereby taking substantial pressure off of the team.

Carol Schumacher has worked out way beyond my expectations.  I credit Carol with being part of the reason the 9 listening sessions went so well and never got out of hand.  Carol has been and continues to be a tremendous asset to my project. I could not have pulled this off without her. We even had compliments from the public regarding the way she ran the sessions.
